  The SCA View-Journal, Inc., an e-journal, is an excellent place to advertise your service or product to a highly select, well defined target audience living in Sun City Anthem, Henderson, NV.

 

Demographics:

With over 3 years of website community service behind us, we have a growing and proven track record. Our website services are unique, exclusively covering the premier Del Webb age-qualified communities of Sun City Anthem and Solera in Henderson, Nevada. At build out, within about three years, the potential resident population will be about 14,000 mostly retired persons. Due to the nature of the community and its location, this particular demographic in Anthem has the financial resources that many product and service providers are looking for to contact and influence. We offer that opportunity at very competitive rates.

  • We currently offer only one option. That option is to advertise on our website's main page for Sun City news and content, called "Today's Anthem View" page. That page is typically updated an average of 5 times a month with new content.

  • Banners (GIF or JPEG images are preferred, at 72 dpi or less)

Low Introductory Pricing:

Yearly Rates only. The minimum contract increment is 12 months, payable in advance.

Additional Charges

The Advertiser is responsible for the submission of a graphic image (and text if applicable) that meets the requirements sets forth by SCAVIEW.org. Submit either a GIF or a JPEG image. Advertiser-submitted digital graphic artwork must be in the exact sizes represented above or additional charges will apply for resizing to meet the standard available sizes.

 

Once the ad is created for publication, can the ad (banner or text) be changed or edited? While changing or editing an existing ad can be done at any time to meet the advertiser's needs, there will be a standard charge of $15 for the placement of a changed ad, regardless of the extent of editing required, with a dollar limit of no more than $45 in any one 12-month period, regardless of the number of changed ad placements occurring during that period.

 

Ad Creation. If the Advertiser prefers, SCAVIEW.org can create a banner ad at a minimum charge of $25 and a maximum charge of $50, depending on the amount of work entailed in the process. For an illustration of a banner ad we prepared, click here.

First-time advertising/subscription supporters are eligible for a 3 months free (15 months for the price of 12) plus a 10% discount off of the total price.

Advertising Contract

  • An advertising contract executed by Ronald Johnson in behalf of The SCA View-Journal, Inc. and your company is optional.  In lieu of a formal contract, there will be a gentlemen's agreement.

  • All advertisers are responsible for providing their own artwork within the dimensions and file sizes noted.

Website Management of Banner Ads

  • Placement of the banner ads is at the sole discretion of the publisher. In general, our practice will be to place newer ads at the bottom of the cue. Periodically, the ads will be rotated within the cue, keeping the same order for the ads. The timiing of the rotation within the cue will be at least quarterly, if not sooner.

Nonperformance by the Publisher

  • In the event of nonperformance by the Publisher for a period of 35 days, contract terms will be extended for a two-month period. For any period longer than 35 days, we will refund any monies owed proportionate to the number of months the service was not functioning as we had intended, or pursuant to some mutually agreed understanding. Nonperformance may be due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to an accident, illness or death, or due to other circumstances that would preclude publishing.
