RMI Announces Departure of Terry DaSilva as CAM Manager
and the Selection of Caren Carrero as Terry's Replacement

I have an important announcement regarding the management of your community.
For the past 13 years, Terry DaSilva has worked diligently and skillfully in many roles at Sun City Anthem. During her distinguished career, she has acted professionally and always had in mind the best interest of the Association. It is with sad emotion that I announce that Terry will be leaving Sun City Anthem effective February 17, 2009. We are sorry to see her leave and we will miss her profoundly, but we wish her well in her future endeavors.
Terry’s departure will leave a large hole to fill here at Anthem. However, we are very fortunate to have an incredible staff and a tremendous assistant manager here at Sun City. After discussing the opportunity with the Board President, RMI is promoting Caren Carrero to the position of Community Manager of Sun City Anthem. Caren has worked in the community for two years and has been a tremendous asset to Sun City. Caren was the logical choice for this position and we are excited to offer her this opportunity. We believe that Caren will continue to provide outstanding service to the community as she assumes the leadership role. Please join us in welcoming Caren to her new position.
Arnie Snow will continue to provide oversight and continuity to RMI’s management efforts at Sun City Anthem. Arnie will work with Caren and Terry to ensure a smooth transition of management. One of the first duties that Arnie and Caren will undertake is finding a new assistant manager. When we hire this person, we will make an announcement and arrange a time for a meeting.
I want to congratulate Caren on her promotion. I want to let each of you know that we are committed to continue to provide excellent service to the members of Sun City Anthem.
