Site Plans and Architectural Renderings

        On April 26th, Del Webb/Pulte was granted a conditional use permit on the design of our new recreation center #3. We are posting some general information about the building (scroll down below), as well as posting an overall site plan, together with a floor plan, solar strategy plan, and an elevation plan. Also included is the "Land Use," which is a listing of rooms and corresponding sizes. You can access these plans and architectural renderings using the Links below. Since these are design plans, actual construction plans to come later before the City may vary slightly from these concept drawings.
