Below is a footnote by Rana Goodman re the issue of sealing off PUBLIC access to the Anthem Center gallery and restrooms if gaming (video poker) is allowed in the bar area of the restaurant.

I just received a call back from the Gaming Control office regarding sealing the galley to the general public if gaming in granted in the restaurant area. I have no idea who Jim Long and the RAC met with down there, but it seems it was not anyone from Gaming Enforcement. They repeated exactly what they told me several times last year, namely, it is NO PROBLEM if we have friendly games AS MEMBERS and there is money on the table, because it is considered an extension of our home...

BUT the general public CANNOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GALLERY.

That would necessitate SEALING OFF ANY PART OF THE GALLERY, including GALLERY RESTROOMS. As a result, new restrooms would have be constructed for the restaurant, if GAMING ACTIVITY if allowed within the establishment.
