Here we will provide access to information and documents related to allegations of a construction defect and related matter pertaining to Kitec brass fittings that were installed by Pulte's subcontractor, Cox & Sons Plumbing, in over 3,000 Phase 1 homes in Sun City Anthem between 1999 and 2003. Residents Meeting
A residents meeting on this issue is scheduled for Thursday, the 4th of January, in Hannaman Hall at 7:00 p.m.
What Should Residents Do in the Interim?
Do nothing until the meeting, according to Favil West's 10 Dec. announcement in the Anthem Compendium.
