From the comments posted so far on David Bermans BLOG, it's pretty obvious that David is more than a confessed forger whose best days are far behind him. His own words and deeds reveal him revealed as an egocentric troublemaker. His desperate attempt to attach himself to an issue, like a barnacle, is truly pathetic.
What is striking about his blustery efforts to be relevant is his abject ignorance, and avoidance of any meaningful work to deal with a problem. He infests every known BLOG. He has influenced every election since he quit his position as Vice President of this association and abandoned his vow to serve the residents of Sun City Anthem.
Fortunately, not everyone in this community are fooled by this contemptible creature who dedicates his BLOG to denigrate previous Board members who he believes are a threat to his beloved Vice President.
Alto the results of the recent Board election should have satisfied the most ardent of the misinformed "Unity" backers, David's portrayal of Bob Frank (who was not even a candidate), is in such poor taste it is a true reflection of his own twisted persona.
David Berman's insistence on being a meddlesome fool is his right in keeping with his "Unity" friends who control our Board and spend our money like drunken pirates after a conquest. Fortunately there are some in our community who insist on laws being followed to the letter and demand accountability when they are not.
David and his misguided friends call them "mean-spirited trouble-makers".
History has shown us that once the "little" laws are abandoned, it's not long until the entire governmental structure falls. David and his friends are the type that will tolerate these "little" laws being broken as long as they can claim "it's for the good of the majority". Wars are the inevitable result of this misguided thinking. The key to peace can be boiled down to one little word. That word is - ACCOUNTABILITY. So far I have seen none of that coming from our "Unity" cemented Board of Directors. When (and IF), it does, perhaps peace can settle over our wonderful community.
