RE-VISITING THE RESTAURANT (ONCE AGAIN)

The comments below were emailed to the members of the Board this morning. Perhaps I have a long memory but I seem to recall that in order to qualify as a SERIOUS applicant to operate our UPSCALE restaurant, it was necessary to have previous experience in the ownership/management of a successful restaurant operation. On the horizon, it now appears our UPSCALE restaurant no longer requires the expertise of professional restauranteurs but instead janitors can now provide the necesssary expertise to successfully fulfil our needs. Kudos to the triumvirate selection team of Roz Berman, Jack Troia, and Dan Fogeron, another accomplishment to their credit!
