A long time ago (when Mike Dixon was first elected), I attended a Board meeting and used my alloted two minutes to inform the Board members just what I thought about their behavior at the time.
I asked them to imagine (if they could), that there was a big pile of horse manure on the floor of the auditorium that had been there for a long time baking in the sun light. Then I asked that they imagine that big pile after the sun had hardened the outer layers to the point no one could really tell it was there. Not even a whiff of smell could escape from the mound sitting in the middle of our community.
Now imagine (I continued), that I began to poke a big stick into that hardened sunbaked crust. You can imagine the smell from that little breach I said. Well my friends the pile is still there today - and it's bigger than ever!
But now the Board has a bigger problem. Its not only little old me me poking a little old stick into that little old pile.
Hold your nose folk. The stench from the last Board meeting is enough to Gag a Maggot and it's probably going to get a lot worse.
