I read your report of the January 27 BOD meeting. I was not able to attend because I am still barred from using all the facilities I pay for after a "Kangaroo Court" Hearing a while back.
I don't want to be accused of being "Anti" anything, yet I can not rid myself of what is being repeated over and over in my mind.
It is these phrases;
First they abused the Villa owners to relieve the developer from having to fully fund the reserves (in 2007), but I said nothing because I was not a Villa owner.
Then - they abused Villa owners once again when they allowed Jack Troia to "Shrink" the Villa buildings to cover up his mistakes in the past (smaller Villas = less paint = less money owed by the Board who had Indemnified the Developer), but I said nothing because I was not a Villa owner.
Then - they began to abuse the elderly (like myself), in our community accusing them of petty violations and fining them despite thier limited income, but I said nothing because I was afraid of thier retribution after seeing what happens at a "Kangaroo Court"
Then - they abused the security patrol ------------------------- Who's next?
