Board workshop on Trumpets. very disappointed in Jack's presentation. most in audience were accepting of Jack Silas' explanation that controller had got it wrong, when he knew that was not the case. He merely applied a different method, not necessarily "the" correct method. I predicted months ago that of the $100,000 due, the Assoc. may end up with enough money from the lessee for the purchase of postage stamps. I was wrong--in fact, the Assoc. wont get a dime from the lessee.
