[The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), owing about 56% of Clark County land, conducts land auctions every six months, plus internet auctions. By law, the successful bidder, after making an initial deposit, has 6 months in which to come up with the remaining amount due. As we reported [Hearing], that time deadline played heavily into the City's actions on Pulte's application for master plan approval for their Provence development.
