In the typical defamation complaint, Continental makes

the following request of the Court:

"WHEREFORE, Continental respectfully requests this Court to enter judgment in its favor and against [name of person being sued] . . . awarding presumed and compensatory damages, the attorney's fees and costs associated with bringing this action, and all other relief which the Court deems equitable and just. Continental reserves the right to amend the Complaint to seek punitive damages once there is a reasonable showing of evidence in the record supporting such a claim."
