Travel Destination:Unusual Cruises

Try cruising on the luxurious S.Y. Sea Cloud. It is available

for private charter and tour groups. It was built for

E.F. Hutton and Marjorie Merriweather Post in the 1920s

and is the largest private sailing ship ever built. It is opulent

and expensive with an extravagant interior. But---if you

can’t afford this cruise, there are “barefoot cruises”,

particularly in Greece and the South Pacific where your

passage is partially paid for by serving as a member of

the ship’s crew.
